Vi tenker gjerne p\u00e5 mangfoldsrekruttering som \u00e5 rekruttere noen ut ifra et \u00f8nske om at h*n skal v\u00e6re annerledes. Personen skal v\u00e6re ulik seg selv og ulik teamet, og annerledesheten i seg selv er det viktigste kriteriet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Men, det er jo ikke riktig. Annerledeshet er definert av forskjeller, ikke av enkeltpersoner. Derfor finnes ikke mangfolds-personer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Ikke alle typer forskjelligheter er bra<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Mangfold er et begrep vi kan bruke p\u00e5 en gruppe av mennesker. Mangfold inneb\u00e6rer komplementaritet. Og, komplementaritetsbegrepet sier noe om hvordan en person er annerledes enn andre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ofte er det slik at komplement\u00e6re personer tydeliggj\u00f8r hverandre. Hvis en person liker \u00e5 arbeide inne p\u00e5 kontoret og en annen liker \u00e5 arbeide ute med kundene, s\u00e5 kan dette bli et godt samspill, en god komplementaritet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Samtidig er det ikke alle typer forskjellighet som f\u00f8rer til et godt samspill. Noen av oss er glad i orden og presisjon. For oss er det vanskelig \u00e5 glede seg over personer som ikke kommer til tide og som ikke leverer som forventet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mangfold som skaper positiv friksjon<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Under en samtale med HR-eksperten Hans Jacob Christensen<\/a>, nevnte han gjentatte ganger begrepet Positiv friksjon<\/strong>. Hans fokus handlet ikke om personlig annerledeshet hos de nyrekrutterte, ei heller om komplementaritet i egenskaper i den interne gruppen.\u00a0 Hans Jacob fokuserte p\u00e5 \u00a0hvordan den nyrekrutterte, sammen med de som han\/hun skulle v\u00e6re sammen med, skapte positiv friksjon internt i teamet og i organisasjonen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Positiv friksjon er et ord med bevegelse, varme og energi. Det er jo dette vi gjerne vil f\u00e5 til. En respektfull, utfordrende og nysgjerrig samtale. En samtale preget av s\u00f8king etter nye svar i gode dialoger. En diskusjon om fakta. Og en debatt om hvilke verdier vi skal legge til grunn for valg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Positiv friksjon er begrepet som fanger opp denne bevegelsen, p\u00e5 vei mot et resultat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Noen ganger er ord med p\u00e5 \u00e5 skape tro og h\u00e5p. Positiv friksjon skaper lyst til \u00e5 starte samtalen med de andre.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
